“Prestin Brown is a good, smart football player who has all the qualities, both athletically and academically, that we look for when we recruit student-athletes at Texas State,” Texas State head coach Brad Wright said. “He was named First-Team All-District and First-Team Academic All-District during his senior year while playing for Coach Gary Bartel (of Grand Prairie High School).
