A three-star Rivals.com prospect and a 2009 PrepStar All-West Region selection … Played wide receiver and defensive back for Crenshaw High in Los Angeles (Coach Robert Garrett) … A 2008 second-team All-City selection as a defensive back that intercepted four passes … As a junior, Noel was an explosive wide receiver that averaged over 20 yards per catch and scored 15 touchdowns … The three-sport athlete is also a guard on the basketball team and a sprinter and high jumper on the track and field squad … Led the 2009 Crenshaw basketball team in assists average and steals.

He has the elements to be outstanding as a receiver or a cornerback.”
